Hello and welcome! I am Stelyana – yoga teacher, marketing expert, SantoshaStel’s engine and nomad at heart. Nice to meet you! I have spent 5+ years working as Head of Marketing for 2 start-ups and nowadays my time is dedicated to my work for one of the largest corporations in the world.

From Stelyana comes Stel, and Santosha translates from Sanskrit as Contentment. It encourages mastering the art of feeling at ease and peace with yourself, being happy with life, and enjoying it – exactly what I am trying to convey to the world.

I am aware of the consequences of overwork and sedentary lifestyle. So, I’ve made it my mission to help people be more focused and live healthier lives. That, and my constant desire to seek new adventures and explore the outdoors is how SantoshaStel and its yoga & wellness programs were born.
